Ai Weiwei: Dropping the Urn (Ceramic Works, 5000 BC – AD 2010)

The Cult of Beauty: The Aesthetic Movement 1860-1900

This exhibition charts the development of the Aesthetic Movement in art and design through the decades from the 1860s to the 1890s. As well as paintings, prints and drawings, the show includes fashionable dress and jewellery of the era.

The Unilever Series: Tacita Dean

Tacita Dean, the next artist to create a commission for Tate Modern’s Turbine Hall, is a British artist now based in Berlin, best known for her use of film. Dean’s films act as portraits or depictions rather than conventional cinematic storytelling, capturing fleeting natural light or subtle shifts in movement.
